Delivery time:

We aim to deliver your package within 2 to 3 working days, provided the product is in stock. You will receive your track and trace code by email as soon as the package has been sent. Shipping costs within the Netherlands are €5.50. With an order value of €100 or more, the package will be shipped for FREE!

Exchange and/or return:

Exchange and/or return is possible within 14 days of receipt. Items must be returned in the condition they were in when received. The item must not have been worn, washed, soiled or damaged and the original price tags must not have been removed. If the returned items contain any of the defects mentioned above, this will not be accepted and the purchase price will not be refunded. Please note: do you choose to pick up on location? Then the right of return expires within 14 days after you have received the collection message/confirmation of completion! 

Exchanges and returns are only possible by post. Please note, shipping costs for exchanges and returns are at your own expense. Online purchases can not be returned or exchanged at our store in Rotterdam.

Exchange: Send the items you want to exchange together with the return form within 14 days to the address below. Indicate on the form which item you want to exchange it for.

Returns: Send the items you want to return together with the return form within 14 days to the address below. State the reason for return on the form. The return costs are at the customer's own expense.

The exchanged items will be sent within 14 working days and the refund for the returned items will be refunded to your account.

Returns policy for 2+1 free: Have you made a purchase during the promotion where you receive a free item when purchasing X number of items, and do you want to return 1 or more items within 14 days of receipt? Then the free item must also be returned. When returning the purchased items, you no longer meet the promotional conditions and the free item no longer applies. Your return will not be accepted if you do not return the free item within 14 days.
